Walker Family Reunion July 22nd - 26th

I meant to have this out to everyone on Monday and I had it all ready to paste into the blog on Monday but there was an emergency at Rod's Mother's house. His sister Kandee had passed away in her sleep. Sooooooo . . . . I'm here at work at10:00 on Tuesday night getting one thing off of my check list. I will put a map to the cabin next week. It is across the river north of Mack's Inn.
I will also update this message after I remember all the things I forgot to include.

Walker Family Reunion

The time is almost here so we thought we better get some information out to you.

Cabin information - everyone staying in the cabin needs to bring bedding for their beds (1 king, 4 queens, 3 twins & 1 fouton) Sleeping bags would probably be easiest.
The have cooking stuff but if you need something special for your meals, please bring the necessary utensils.

We have come up with some games but would like to have some more choices and also come fun crafts for the kids. Marie this is right up your alley isn't it. Would you mind thinking up a couple crafts for the kids to do?

Tuesday – July 22nd

8:30 – 9:00 Breakfast Served – (Annette & Connie)
French Toast, Bacon, Fruit

9:00 – 12:00 Fun and Games

12:00 – 1:00 Lunch Served – (Annette & Connie)
Taco Salad

1:00 -6:00 Crafts, Water Play & 4-Wheeling

6:00 – 6:30 Dinner Served – (Janeen)
Spaghetti & Salad

7:00 – 9:30 Backyard baseball
Visiting and singing around campfire
Fire Pit with Smores

Thursday – July 24th
7:30 -8:00 Breakfast Served
Muffins, Yogurt, Granola, Fruit & beverage (Janeen)
8:00 – 8:30 Lunches Prepared (Adults)
Sandwiches and treats
9:00 am - Leave for Yellowstone Park
Lunch on your own with your packed lunches.
7:00 – 8:00 pm - return from the Park
7:30 - 8:00- approx. Dinner & visiting (Marilyn, Marie & Brent)
9:00 Campfire Singing and visiting

Friday – July 25th
8:30 – 9:30 Breakfast served (Marilyn, Marie & Brent)

9:30 – 10:00 Prepare travel lunches (Marilyn, Marie, Brent)

10:00 – Noon – play – clean up – check out

Noon – 3:00 – Drive to Jackson Hole for Swimming

3:00 – 5 or 6 Swimming

7:00 – Hotdog Roast at Durtschi Reunion


Saturday, July 26th
8:00 – 9:00 Breakfast (Walker Girls)
9:00 – Noon Sloppy Joes & Potluck Lunch
Games – Mtn Croquet, Kick Ball, Backyard Baseball
